NSAN Welcomes Inclusion & Diversity in Nuclear (IDN) as Collaborative Members

The National Skills Academy Nuclear (NSAN), a leading organisation specialising in skills development for the nuclear sector, is excited to announce that Inclusion and Diversity in Nuclear (IDN) has officially joined as a collaborative member.

This partnership builds on the supportive relationship the two organisations have shared since IDN was founded in 2019. Recently, NSAN took the step of providing funding to help IDN print copies of their comprehensive survey report, to support the work done by IDN to drive positive change within the industry.
IDN are known for offering practical support to all levels of the nuclear sector, with a special focus on inclusion, equity and diversity – values that are vital across the sector. IDN specialise in providing solution-based resources, bringing leaders together, showcasing good practices through events, demonstrating that inclusion is the driving force and critical enabler to truly access the skills of a diverse workforce through a workplace culture that enables them to thrive.

This new collaborative membership will allow both companies to work closely together, sharing knowledge and resources to promote diversity, foster inclusion, and drive growth within the nuclear industry.
