NSAN Welcomes New Board Member

NSAN are pleased to announce that Richard Watson, Head of Resourcing – People Function at Sellafield Ltd, has joined the NSAN Board.

Richard brings more than two decades of experience in the nuclear sector, specialising in talent acquisition, leadership development, and strategic initiatives. His extensive expertise supports NSAN’s objective to leverage knowledge and skills within our networks to address workforce requirements and deliver high-quality solutions throughout the industry. Richard will succeed Les Studholme, Head of HR Operations at Sellafield Ltd, who is standing down from the NSAN board as he takes up a new role within Sellafield Ltd.

Richard is a seasoned senior leader known for his expertise in change management and people operations. In his role as Head of Resourcing at Sellafield Ltd, he has led large-scale recruitment, workforce planning, and complex organisational transformation projects throughout his career.
