ENSURE aims to develop the knowledge, behaviours, and influence of the research community in respect of nuclear safety and security culture in an academic environment. ENSURE uses ONR’s Nuclear Industry Safety Culture inventory (NISCI) as the basis for the programme and includes case studies as well as ‘deep dives’ into cultural attributes.
