Please note these terms and conditions only relate to those memberships which incur an annual fee.

Membership

NSAN membership is given at an organisational level, however, as our online membership system is set-up at an individual level, we always require one employee to be the representative for their organisation within the online membership system.

That individual will be responsible for processing the NSAN membership on behalf of their organisation.

As the lead for the organisation that individual agrees to take out the selected NSAN membership for one year.

Membership Fee

You can pay for your organisation’s membership with a single annual payment (either by invoice or by credit card).

Failure to Pay the Membership Fee

If your organisation fails to pay the relevant membership amount due by the required date (payment terms are stated on the invoice) we will write to you again to ask you to pay by no later than 60 days from date of invoice.

NSAN may negotiate an extension on a case-by-case basis, however, if your organisation fails to pay the required amount by the date requested by NSAN then the organisation’s membership will cease.

NSAN reserves the right to recoup a prorated amount of membership for the period where payment hasn’t been made and members have accessed NSAN benefits.

Notice of Termination

If you wish to terminate NSAN membership, then we require the following notice of terminations.

  • For Corporate SME and Provider Memberships – 3 calendar months prior to expiry date.
  • For Corporate Large and Strategic Partner Memberships – 6 calendar months prior to expiry.

If we haven’t heard from you in line with this notice period, you will be notified 30 days before the end of your annual membership to renew.
