NS4P – Skills and Competence Management System
NS4P is a secure online innovative tool which allows organisations to assess, verify and record the competence, training and qualifications of their employees.
The system includes access to the sector master competence framework, providing a common language and defining the standards for excellence.
 
Developed by the nuclear industry, for the nuclear industry, the master framework has been created in three distinct areas around Technical Skills, Core Knowledge and Behaviours.
 
Frameworks are customisable and may contain all or some of the competencies from the industry master, in addition to those specific to an organisation and their activities.
Organisations can create competence assessments against Job Roles or Tasks relevant to the people in their business, adding target levels, evidence requirements and a unique competence assessment process

 



 

Employees can have their own Skills Passport within the system which records completed competence assessments, training and qualifications and evidence. Mandatory training for Job Roles can be specified by the organisation, which is tracked and monitored in a Skills Passport by the NS4P system.


The reporting suite provides accurate, up to date information and intelligence on skills, competence and training within the organisation. The reporting and resource planning tools allow comparison and search on various criteria to locate skills and/or build and manage teams for bids and tenders.
