Mark founded Beehive 27 years ago and formed the limited company 14 years ago with his co-director sara Lodge. Beehive specialise in developing the human aspects of organisations, the 'soft' skills. Almost without exception it is the 'soft' skills that make the difference between world class organisations and the rest, and yet still they are seen as less essential somehow. Mark and Sara prefer to call them 'essential' skills and help people develop them through a wide range of different, engaging interventions and for different reasons. The skills include; coaching; leadership; communication; safety conversations; trust building. The way they engage people is through experiential learning; skills practise; case studies and re-enactments.

When not working Mark loves to be in the great outdoors or the kitchen!
